- Conduct user research and competitor analysis to understand user behavior and needs.
- Create wireframes, user flows, journey maps, mockups, and prototypes.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define and implement innovative solutions.
- Apply best practices in usability, accessibility, and human-centered design.
- Test and validate design concepts with real users and iterate based on feedback.
- Maintain and evolve the design system and UI style guide.
- Participate in product brainstorming, concept development, and design reviews.

- Achieve at least a 90% task success rate in usability testing with minimal user confusion.
- Ensure the average task completion time by users is less than 2.5 minutes.
- Maintain user satisfaction scores of 85% or higher in post-interaction surveys.
- Implement design iterations based on feedback within 3 working days.
- Resolve usability issues within a maximum of 5 working days from reporting.
- Ensure 100% responsiveness and compatibility across all target devices.
- Conduct at least two rounds of user testing for every major new feature.
